General holiday rental information
The cost of electricity, water and town-gas for cooking is included in the rent.
Beds are already made on arrival.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Gas central heating. The heating of the house is charged at extra cost, whenever needed (€30 to €70 per week according to season) payable locally, meter reading.
Final cleaning: € 170. Pool, garden and grounds are maintained routinely. Local tax to be paid before you leave: €0,40 per person and per night – non applicable to children under 13
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. There is also a security deposit (750€).
Deposits and balances are payable by way of bank transfer to France.
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals from 5.00pm to 6.00pm, departures by 9.30am.
